How to use Passport Photo to PDF with PDFroo
- Upload a clear, front-facing photo.
- Choose photo size (e.g. 35×45 mm or 2×2 in), paper size and number of copies; adjust zoom and position.
- Press “Create PDF” and print at 100% scale (“Actual size”).
Photo tips
Use a plain light background, even lighting and look straight at the camera. Use the zoom slider so the head fills about 70–80% of the photo height.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. PDFroo processes your files inside your own browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Nothing is uploaded, so your documents never leave your device and there is nothing for us to store or delete.
How do I print at the correct size?
In the print dialog choose “Actual size” or “100%” scaling – not “Fit to page”. Then the photos measure exactly the size you selected.
Which sizes are included?
35×45 mm (common for passports and visas in many countries), 45×55 mm, 40×50 mm, 2×2 inch (US), 33×48 mm, 25×30 mm (stamp size) and 30×40 mm.
Does it check passport rules like background colour?
No. PDFroo sizes and lays out your photo. Always check your country’s official photo requirements for background, expression and head size.
